JUDr. David Mašek, Ph.D.

Education

David graduated in law from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague with a master’s and postgraduate degree. He also studied at Turku Law School of the University of Turku in Finland.

Work experience

David has been a lawyer registered with the Czech Bar Association since 2009.

He worked in a leading Czech law firm for a long time and provided legal services to major domestic and international companies in the areas of  construction, energy and banking.

He practices law as a partner of Mašek & Partners, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o.

Specialization and expertise

David has been specializing in commercial law and related areas, including real estate, development, litigation and also public procurement.

He provides legal services in Czech and English.

He co-authored a number of professional papers in the field of substantive and procedural law.

He is a member of the Disciplinary Commission of the Czech Bar Association.

Hobbies

In his free time, David enjoys ball sports and games or travelling.
